"Staff could be more eager to welcome customers. Never seem helpful when most needed. Prices are good however. UPDATE! Since the introduction of headsets here the customer service (if that is what it is) has become appalling! No meet or greet by staff, always talking on headsets between themselves (personal not business), no hello, thank you, goodbye at checkouts because they are discussing personal matters or what they'd like in their coffee. If this is the future of Herons, we'll go elsewhere. Perhaps head office might like to make some visit and assess their colleagues. Disgusting behaviour! Sadly, no change as yet!"
"I'm stopping shopping here the last few times I've been food has not been too good. The prices have gone sky high n alot of the food tastes funky. Pull your socks up heron you used to be amazing now ur a bit mouldy like ur milk n bread which goes off the day after u buy it despite it being in date. X"
