"Absolutely shocking service - I have left 1 star as there unfortunately isn’t an option for 0 stars. I ordered some materials and was told it would be delivered a few days later. I received half my order with no explanation of where the other half was. I had to chase this up and was told the product was out of stock but would be fulfilled in the next couple of days. 2 and a half weeks later still no product and I’ve had no communication from MKM to explain or provide an update on where my materials are or when to expect them, subsequently I’m left with a half finished room and lots of wasted time chasing this up. Very poor customer service will be taking my business else where from now on. Avoid at all costs"
