I bought something that need it age authorisation,so I was waiting for someone to come to the self checkout like 5min to approve it?Apparently she came,and stood behind me without even saying a word to me?! "Visited this store to collect fee items for in laws as they live near, am so glad it's not my local store the staff busy shouting to each other who's going for a cig break first, and lady on till never said please when asking for money and continued to speak over headset to colleagues not speaking a single word to us customers at all. Very rude unprofessional staff think staff training is needed."
"The majority of staff at this store are brilliant however one member of staff is very rude. I've been going to this store for years. I wish I would've remembered her name. I ask her for 2 bags with all my shopping to be pack. She started putting them all in one and when I asked if I could have 2 again she went in a mood. I said rather then have all the weight on one shoulder as it was a heavy shop, she then looked me up and down with the muckiest look. Early 50s blonde haired women, very rude for no reason! What is the need?"
