"Had appointment for earwax removal received reminder text the day before i arrived for appointment fifteen minutes before to be more or less told off as they had been trying to get hold of me dozens of times surely if they send a reminder text they could hav sent a cancellation text i was then told there was no more appointments anywhere and was left to sort an alternative location and time. left this branch angry and disgusted as this wasted a days holiday and travalling and parking costs will never use specsavers again for eyecare or hearing care."
