"Our last-minute booking meant that we were on the upper floor in a Premier Plus room. This worked out well as the room was spacious, quiet and had a great view across the Historical Dockyard to the Queen Elizabeth. The only thing that would have made it better was a much larger window to admire the view. We had a drink in the bar and got a great recommendation for dinner."
"This hotel is perfectly located. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless & very well equipped. We ate in the restaurant one evening, which again was great with very good waiting staff. Even had 25% off food, by signing up to their emails. Would definitely recommend, & stay here again."
"Few minor things like dirty glasses an the odd bit of cutlery dirty in the restaurant. On a positive note: The food was good, fresh n hot. 4th & 5th floors are premium rooms I was in the 4th floor, I found the room small. The bath towel was small but adequate. The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but nevertheless clean. No views from any direction from any hotel rooms. Great location!"

"This is an excellent hotel which offers really good service. Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from the train station and just opposite the historic dockyard. Rooms are really well soundproofed. The bar is smart and has a good range of drinks. The staff went well beyond the call of duty when I lost an item of property; it was returned to me in the post."
