"I had what I would class as a very expensive treatment - I paid around £1500 for Focus Dual, and only did so following 2 consultations for reassurance that the results would fantastic '& as good as Morpheus 8'. Well, in all honesty they were not great at all, far from it. I went for my review but they did not offer to show me the before/after then, saying they'd email them, which they did not. I followed up 3 times and finally they sent them. I then had to ask which were before and which were after - I really couldn't tell, the results were that poor. I then sent an email saying I wasn't happy with the outcome and have not received a reply, that was a week ago. Based on my experience of this Focus Dual treatment and the lack of response to my complaint, I couldn't possibly recommend this clinic."
