"My side cornrows were great & staff overall aren't bad. I've knocked a few stars for the following reasons. I came here a few months ago for cornrows. Firstly, they didn't write my appointment down. I wasn't made to feel the most welcome when I initially turned up. I'm quite a shy person anyway. I was also made to feel uncomfortable at times. Two of the staff suggested I didn't wash my hair or comb it. I do wash my hair it's just unfortunately, sometimes I don't always get round to combing my hair thoroughly so I can get mini dreadlocks. And bits of shampoos might get stuck in them. I know that's not great I'm working on that but they didn't have to make such assumptions. Depsite the good job they did, I don't think I'd come back and I'll be looking for alternatives. It's a shame because the location is ideal and there's not many salons in the area that offer these types of hair services."
