"Vet herself is incredibly rude! My field has no address so the closest adress related to. Me and my field is my adress is 3 houses down safe to day she had a right paddy and told me off! So rude but unfortunately a typical equine person and a perfect example of why I don't identy as one! Gives the rest of us POLITE people a bad name..... Customer service though Is guve star! "They have looked after my horses for over 25 years and have always been tremendous. Calm and supportive when a horse is injured and you are terrified that you might lose your precious friend and happy to perform miracles in terms of saving an animal other's might not try to save. When it came to saying goodbye to my first horse Andy made it possible for me to make the right decision and organised everything for me. I have now bought my own yard and they are the only vets who always give an accurate time for a visit and telephone to let you know if they are delayed.
