"Unfortunately, like many of the posts prior to this one, my experience here has been diabolical, I have not even managed to get an appointment following a referral. Almost impossible to contact any of the numbers. Extremely rude when you do get through to any staff. Very quick to say 'just go private then'. How is that there are so many dentists available to do private treatment, but emergency treatment on the NHS has a waiting list of 6 months to 2 years? I was told some people were still waiting from 2019 (pre-covid). Stay Clear."
"I've had multiple extractions from this practice within the last few months after being referred from my dentist. The team has been absolutely fantastic and reassuring. The dental nurse team were great at helping me schedule my appointments and everyone made me feel at ease (a nervous patient) whilst I received treatment. I recommend this practice highly!"
