"Staff were really lovely when we sadly had to have mums 21 yr old cat put to sleep but how do you justify £340 for it is beyond me ( I know she did pay a bit more for a private cremation) but still £340 for a profession that are meant to care about animals the company don't care about those that struggle with the costs, ever so expensive treatment 5 star for the staff though"

"We left this vet due to the staff being rude and unhelpful. After we left we were told that we now owe them money for leaving which is absolutely absurd so we refused to pay them for a service we were not getting. We then required my dogs records from them to give them to the new vet and they refused to send them due to our “outstanding balance” which they are not allowed to do bu the way. The lady was very rude and we told them that they have an obligation to send us the records. In the end they very reluctantly sent them over after we told them that my dog needed serious treatment. AVOID !!"
