"Usually quite good, we only have 1 dog, but quite often the reminders we get to administer worming or flea treatment, we then have to call and remind the surgery that they haven't sent any out to us to administer. Also we had an annual check up with boosters cancelled before our holiday which means we now cannot board our dog.We are seriously considering having to cancel our holiday because of these vets."
