"If I could give less stars I would! Rang the EMERGENCY line, explained the isses (pyometra) only to be told they wasn't taking on new animals.. Completely ignoring the fact our dog needed surgery ASAP and even though she's had all of her jabs there but because shes never needed to go other wise, they took her off the system?? Didn't even try and help or offer different vets who might, she just straight up said no all because she wasn't on the system. Just imagine needing to use A&E and the receptionist saying "you haven't been her for over a year so we can't help anymore" And being left to die from infection!? Turns out she did have pyometra and had emergency surgery that night and was extremely lucky Best Friends vets took her in or we probably wouldn't have her with us now."
