"l took delivery of a new Ford Puma ST (21 model) in December 2020 and as stated in a previous review, the treatment and service l received was good. However, after a few weeks, l developed a brake noise issue and even though the workshop had the car in on at least 3 separate occasions, the problem wasn't rectified. The Workshop Technician and Manager had referred to relevant Technical Bulletins but this fault appeared to be specific to my car. They even ordered spare parts for the brakes during one of these visits but they failed to replace any of the items. Each time they tackled the issue, this fault returned and this was specific to the front right hand wheel/brakes of my car. Although the staff were helpful , l didn't feel they were dealing with the issue and were trying to eradicate the fault as cheaply and within the shortest time possible. It was only when the Dealership Principle returned from holiday that he requested the car to be brought in and look at the fault in greater depth. I declined this offer because at this point l had become exasperated with their excuses and lost patience and confidence in their Dealership at Right Car Ford, Beverley. Because of their inability to rectify the issue, l escalated a formal complaint to Ford UK. This fault was eventually directed back to Right Car for them to resolve.....this wasn't! The car at the time was only approximately 5 weeks old and wasn't covered by a replacement new car, otherwise l would have demanded this. Since then, l have exchanged the car but not with Ford - they have lost my business. After speaking with family and friends about this dealership, they too have experienced very poor after service at Ford. In essence, Ford as well as Right Car have lost a valued customer and with my latest experience, l would NOT recommend their Dealership."
