"Have taken one of our cars to here for a couple of years. wont be taking either my Mercedes or my partners ever again. My partners failed it MOT on a couple of points which was fine, we booked it in for the repairs to be done , then they informed us of another serious fault which is a clear MOT failure which was not spotted on the original test. Total incompetence. All they needed to do was accept they made a mistake but tried to bull S**t me talking a load of rubbish. They will be reported to DVSA for failing to spot a serious fail on a MOT and if the car had not failed on some other bits , would have been on the road in a dangerous state. I sadly will will never use this company again for either car, which is sad as the normal mechanics are really good and helpful. Please dont try and argue in response as i have checked with another MOT testing station and its very very clear you made a mistake. You could try and argue your way out of this but its the DVSA you need to convince not me. YOU FAILED"
"Took my MX5 in for its service. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The job was done promptly and to a high standard. Everything was explained, ie costs, what was included etc so no hidden surprises. On collection of my vehicle I asked Tracy and Jem the lovely admins if they could check when my MOT was due to be told it had actually expired that day. Without hesitation they took my car straight back in and did the MOT as I waited. Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful customer service. Highly recommend."
