"Special mention for staff member named Andy. We had an accident in the icy weather & were forced to abandon our car in the Tesco carpark. It was bitterly cold & despite lengthy efforts were unable to book a taxi home to Belfast. Andy, who was finishing his midnight shift at Tesco offered to drive us back to Belfast even though he lived in Banbridge....such kindness. Thx Andy."
