"Bought an inverter from you 1.5year ago paid £350 for it. After just a year it kept cutting out, turning on/off constantly to keep it working. I phoned to explain the situation and required a repair. Advised they had tried everywhere to get it repaired to no avail. Refused to provide manufacturer’s details. Only offering a discounted new one @ £450. I think this is shocking after sales as the inverter is no longer fit for purpose. I’ve just been googling inverter repairs and your name came up yet your unable to repair the one I have, again shocking after sales. After 1.5 years I still have a faulty inverter that is not fit for purpose. £350 for under 1.5 years use Richard Hatfield"
