"Usually a great job and couldn’t fault how friendly the receptionist was but on this occasion I’m not happy with the end result, brought my car in for body repair, still visible dent. If this was the best they could do as a repair and not a replacement then fair enough but this was not discussed and I was just handed over the keys. I didn’t notice the dent until I got home and my husband checked the car over. A crack in the bumper was filled in which I cannot fault and have done a cracking job. Also had a scuff on the back which out of good will they tried to polish out but now it looks even worse and really stands out."
