"Called in for a quick bite to eat, a very popular venue, and offer a good range of food. Ordered Tuna Panini and a sourdough pizza. Both came well presented. Fresh ingredients and extremely tasty. Staff were great."
"This would have been a 5 star review if the barmaid didn't complain to us about having to make cocktails and actually smiled when serving us. The food was brilliant I certainly couldn't fault that or the wait we had on the food even though the place was absolutely heaving. Great atmosphere, great food, reasonably priced and all but 1 barmaid were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend the place."
"A decent pub situated on Saturday Market in Central Beverly. Spacious inside, with outside tables down the side ginnel which has more room than you think when considering the small frontage. Various types of cooked food available (menu attached). I did like the steak and Guinness pie. 10 hand pulls are available but only half were available serving real ales. 5 craft beer keg taps and an array of standard fizz keg taps are also available. Quite comfortable seating/table arrangement, but the sky sports can cause crowding on match days. All in all this is really a 3.5 rating because they put more effort into the real ales than many pubs do. And will get more stars when they put more ales on. The Abbeydale Moonshine was in good condition (but I do miss the Jaipur). Very good, but room to be even better!"
"I gave it a 2 star . Don't know why but here you go Ordered food . The manager got the order wrong. When the order did arrive . Food missing . Then when it arrived it looked like it was dead and cremated . The Slaw was old and tired and inedible. Her filly cheese steak was tuff stingy and tasted earthy like kidney heart bloody flavour . Hope you got strong teeth to chew through this . It hurts . My burger fillet was tuff and the bun was full of charcoal. The whole thing tasted like chewing on a coal brick . Burnt taste . Left an after taste that I still can remove . Horrid check out the pictures for proof . Just witnessed a customer ordering the macaroni cheese for £7.25 and it was tiny ."
"Such a quaint little place, food was great and the staff were so pleasant. The bonus is that it is dog friendly! Our little pooch was a bit cheeky and sat on the seats! Staff offered water for him and were always on hand to help. They accommodated an awkward request of mine to take home a pudding and even told me the cooking instructions! We had the Texan Burger, Hawaiian Pizza, some Battered Onion Rings (and the take away Chocolate Orange Torte) and all was spot on perfect. Definitely recommend."
