Reviews
"A superb community cafe! Brilliant cakes, food and a great selection of hot and cold drinks. There is a super area of toys and books for babies, toddlers and children. It has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere making it particularly lovely for parents with young children. Huge thanks to the volunteers that keep this place going."
"A brilliantly friendly cafe with lots of space for young children to play. Bacon brie and cranberry panini is delicious. As are the cakes and tray bakes."
"Excellent soups and sandwiches, yummy cakes, all freshly made. Lovely cups of coffee, too, fairtrade food and drinks at reasonable prices"
"Called in Thursday 30th January. Didn't know that this cafe existed. 9 of us called in after walking in the area, very pleasantly surprised, good choice on the menu from soup and sandwich, to cake, paninis etc. Very very reasonable prices. Only problem is parking is at a premium, no worries park elsewhere in the village and walk to the cafe, it's well worth it! Currently only open on Thursdays and Fridays. Will definitely call in again, the staff are all volunteers (apart from the manager) and are amazing people. Call in you will love this place."
"Great little cafe.very reasonably priced coffee which is fairtrade. All the cakes are homebaked by the volunteers and are fresh daily."
