I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference! My initial consultation was thorough and all treatment options given to me as well as a change to chat through them and ask my many questions! Staff are lovely and the scan updates feel like you are having the extra level of bespoke treatment which other friends I know that have Invisalign haven’t had. Would definitely recommend."

Appointments have been quick and efficient, and the overall price to have my braces was fair and the results have been great. The only reason this a 4 star rather than 5 is because the treatment has taken longer than was originally outlined (will be about 2.5 years by the time it is finished), and this wasn't made clear at the end of the initial time frame - but otherwise they have been great."
