"My friend went to get her helix pierced here and it was the worst experience ever. Jay was incredibly rude and made us both feel so uncomfortable. He was extremely intimidating to both us young girls. He said he would do it with a gun, which we where a bit skeptical about as we've heard cartalidge shouldn't be done with a gun. Therefore we politely asked if it could be done with a needle which resulted in him rudely critiscing us, speaking in such a patronising manner, including swearing and abusing other businesses which we thought was extremely unprofessional. She had to sign a consent form, as expected, however did not get a copy. In the end we went with the gun as he showed strong views he wasn't happy with using a needle and also said it would be more expensive with the needle. Furthermore he could only pierce with a needle if she was to put a hoop in which I thought was quite questionable. During the piercing he didn't wear gloves, he only sanitised his hands and he didn't draw a dot on the place of the piercing so the client couldnt check. Once it was pierced, the mirror that my friend had looked in after was in a darker room (assuming bathroom) therefore she couldn't see it all that well and wasn't until we got home to have a proper look that we realised it wasn't even in the place that she'd asked for it to be in (also showed him my own piercing for preference) and was done with the wrong jewlerry (done with a standard lobe earring). Wouldn't suggest going here at all, will never be using this service again."

"Highly recommended! My daughter (6) had her ears pierced and Jay was perfect. Talked her through the whole process and was kind and reassuring with her. Loved the fact that he was talking directly to her rather than talking to me. She felt so grown up. 5 stars all day long. Thank you!!"

"What a lovely person made us feel at home will definitely be using again even made the kids feel comfortable while getting a piercing . Had a lovely chat and made us feel like freinds and not just costumers. Such a kind and genuine peraon"

"Incredibly rude. My partner just called this shop to ask if they had any bookings for today after another was full up until next week.. the curt response he got was "I don't do bookings I'm a barbers shop" and then he politely asked .. well how busy are you now? If I turn up now...How long will be I be waiting?" .. just to see if he would be waiting 15 mins or an hour...? And the rude response was "I'm busy now. I don't have a crystal ball on me so I can't tell you". Obviously didn't want his custom. Funnily enough everywhere else does bookings and the next shop he called were lovely, just as the one before. Sort your attitude out, it stinks."
