"Well what can I say? Lakeview vets are absolutely fantastic. I brought my cat in at extremely short notice due to a nasty injury she had sustained that day. They were so understanding of the situation, saw her quickly and advised on the plan of action. They listened to me, were so gentle and caring of my pet and did surgery the same day. I cannot praise the staff enough. Unfortunately I do not know their names, but the lovely lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic and chatted to me about it all. The lovely vet was a superstar. She explained her thoughts and why she would operate the same day. I was kept informed at all times and reunited with my cat that evening. There are not enough words of praise I can heap on the vet practice or it's staff. They are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for helping my pet xxx"
"Last week our golden retriever suddenly came over very ill. She was shaking uncontrollably and crying. We had no idea what was wrong with her. We called Lake View at 5:40pm thinking they wouldn't be open but trying anyway. Not only were they open but as soon as we arrived at the vets our dog was seen straightaway, within minutes of walking in the door she was being checked over. When we were panicking the vets were incredibly calm, kind and caring. They ran blood work and we had the results within 15 minutes. She was treated and taken home that evening. She is completely fine now and completely recovered. I can not thank Lake View enough for their service, in a time of need they were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. In the moment when we were most worried they were amazing. Thank you to all of the staff and vets."
