"Nice place to go into but slow service. Gave our order, sat down and were then told there’d be at least a 10 minute wait. OK, that’s not too bad as it was 13:20 and it was busy. The table next to us was then taken shortly after we sat down and those customers gave their order. Very surprised when they got their food delivered before us. When our choice was finally served (about 20 minutes from sitting down), the order wasn’t complete and we were missing the toasted sandwich that was to go along with the bowls of soup. I enquired from an elderly lady about the toastie and she curtly replied that she missed it from our order and she was on her own and too busy. The toastie arrived a few minutes after I had finished my soup and wheaten bread. Now the food was lovely, but the service was not a good standard at all. I don’t know if we’ll return again to give Lifestyle a second chance."
"Hygiene very poor. I was handed an absolutely filthy sweetner popper and told the staff that it was disgusting to be asked" what was the issue ? Its only chocolate!!" The toilet was covered in dirt and urine. I left after paying for my order but didn't drink it. I have taken photos and they have been reported."

"Staff where pleasant! my chicken and ham pie was dry and soo over cooked that the sides of the chicken where hard and had turned a different colour! My partner said his fry was nice but he had to leave his americano as it definitely wasn’t fresh and there was some sort of scum floating on the top! Very disappointed as Jackson’s has such a good reputation and I have been a fan of their products for many years! I will skip the coffee shop next time!"
