"New customer to Breya’s Buddies. Kodi was fitted in at short notice and we were made very welcome. Absolute 5 ⭐️ service and a 5 ⭐️ groom given to Kodi. I would recommend this grooming service to anyone who wants to have their pooch looking great. "My Parents used this company almost every 6 weeks for over two years to get there Lhasa Apso’s Haircut. They always made every appointment despite the owner sometimes being late or cancelling on them they would always re arrange to suit. The haircut would always come to £45 with my parents tipping £5. However last month they had to cancel an appointment due to them not being able to leave work to take their pet to the appointment. Yes, it was short notice with only giving them 9 hours notice however you would expect the owner to be ok with this for such a loyal customer who has tipped her so well and rearranged on numerous occasions. However this was not this case, the owner would now like my parents to pay for the treatment despite having a valid reason for not being able to attend. Not sure if there is T&Cs stating cancellation times and fees but I’m not really interested. You don’t do that to such a loyal customer. You have now lost a customer. Terrible service."
