"Just come home from collecting my dog after a call from my partner. I am beyond disappointed. To start he is only a puppy Great Dane. Not full size. They have left him damp and the amount of hair stuck in his coat is terrible from a groomers. They refused to refund my partner as they advised the dog was hard work due to his size but acknowledged he was handed back damp and unbrushed. They’ve hung up on my partner and wouldn’t let her get a word in edge ways. Please do not go here if you have large breeds. We’ve since dropped it a different groomers who can’t understand why they left a dog like this. Baring in mind they are a dog groomers, they also only have one shampoo they use. Have no idea about hypoallergenic shampoos but have advised it’s safe. So god knows. But do not go here if you have a bigger dog or dog scared of hair dryers apparently."
