"So I am originally from South Africa, emigrated to the UK during COVID and have had to learn many tough things through the university of life of UK. I typically do my own minor service, repairs and diagnostics but my car failed the MOT for something fairly trivial but I did not have the patience or time to deal with it. Did a quick search for nearest service people, and Richard came up. Called him, and the universe aligned us, as he had a cancellation of something else, which meant he could help me out, literally the next day. I told him what I thought was wrong, he arrived with the part I believed was needed, confirmed what I had concluded on and then executed something, which, if I had done it, would have had clips and holders broken. I loved the fact that he prepped the car with covers on all areas inside which he could come into contact with, and that he was just humble and efficent. Work completed within an hour as I expected and costs very reasonable. He was also clear that he had another commitment within 2 hours, and that was not something he wanted to miss. This says many things about his work ethic - keep in mind he took on my case by chance. Would recommend Richard to anyone without hesitation. He even ran his Autel on my daughters car to check something else I was concerned with. All in all - a winner."

As promised he duly arrived I found him a very friendly and professional man after covering the car seat steering wheel and footwear and wearing gloves he proceeded to firstly check the battery he jump started it and my car was up and running he also had a spare battery for me if needed when I asked him how much I owed him he declined payment as it wasn't a big job I still gave him something as he was such a genuine person will definitely use him again for maybe my service would highly recommend him to anyone"

My wife called me just after Richard finished fitting the new battery to tell me how amazing he was (she’s not easy to please) full of helpful tips to keep the battery going longer, very professional with PPE for the car.
