"I had my car booked in for an MOT at 10am on Thursday, arrived at 9.50 and was told they were running a bit late. I went for a walk and returned at 11.10 and my car was still sitting there, I was told to sit down as my car would be going in in 5 minutes, at 11.30 there was still no movement on my car and no explanation as to what was happening, asked for my car keys back and left very disappointed. I've been using this garage for years with no problems but this was very unprofessional and I wont be going back again."
