"Under new instructor great classes for kid's and adults, the atmosphere is amazing especially for the kids every one enjoying themselves while learning a martial art and making new friends and families from around Shrewsbury makes more enjoyable, very challenging and rewarding experience, FUN for all ages starting from tigers classes age 3 years above and beyond into the adult's classes where you gain to build your skills and experience your fitness will immediately inprove as you attend classes. You will also be taught to work together with your instructor to help build confidence and flexibility during class in teams which will help you to enjoy your experience and helping others to achieve their goals, 5 stars service and quality assurance that you will see the benefits of your child gaining confidence and knowledge about different ways of working with every day problem solving even with problems accuring at school's SAY NO TO BULLYING.
