"Slow processing orders unprofessional call center with swearing and far too much background noise. Can't supply the correct oils for a Ford ranger 4x4 tried to tell me both diffs take ATF when from new different oil came out and the ford workshop manual says otherwise. What happened to the Hendy customer service from old? Parts plus is not a step forward it's about a thousand steps back."
"A lot better than it used to be but still miles off where it should be. staff really need to start calling customers back if there is an issue with their order, on numerous occasions I've had parts not turn up when expected only to phone up and be told there was a stock issue, or it was boxed wrong or some other reason, that's fine, these things happen, but you've got to let me know. its also clear that a lot of your telesales staff are inexperienced and have little understanding of vehicle parts and this really shows when things turn up and bits are missing or sometimes completely different to what was asked for. overall not good, but unfortunately for me i have no other choice for ford parts, i hope you continue to improve but the overall service quality seems to have plateaued."
