"Very busy wanted to register our dog but no spaces available gave advice on other vets in the area which was nice"
"I ordered click and collect to pick up from this store. The staff didn't notify me my order had arrived so I wasted a lot of time trying to contact PAH customer services as the order appeared to be lost in transit on the online tracker. Customer services eventually told me my order had been delivered. When I went to collect it staff at the store didn't apologise for their error. A lot of avoidable hassle and I didn't get any sense of caring about the customer, so I won't be using this store again."
