"The groom room girls are amazing and the majority of staff downstairs are always lovely. However, I came across one gentleman last week at the till, Saturday afternoon to be precise (tall guy, tattoos up his arms, potentially mid to late 30's) which has made me change my review from 5 to 1. I tried to purchase flee & worming treatment for both my dogs and the way I got treated and spoken to was appalling. He made me feel small and belittled me in front of a queue all because I didn't know the exact weight of my dogs. (Baring in mind the annual check ups / vaccinations are yearly and dogs weighings are on this date too, unless you have to take them to the vets for anything else, then the vets tend to weigh the dogs again at this point) Anyway, he was happy to sell me oral treatment (worming) but not the flee treatment, even though I knew a ball part figure of my dogs weights as I had the monthly prescription but cancelled it because I didn't need it monthly anymore. So i knew exactly which product and which weight range was needed, hence getting the right weight for the worming treatment, plus i keep a picture on my phone so i always remember which ones are needed. Im not annoyed with the fact he refused to sell me the flee treatment because i couldnt remember the PRECISE weight of my dogs, im annoyed with how he belittled me in front of a lot of customers. The way he spoke to me was disgusting and you need to have a word about his customer service skills. I won't be coming back for this treatment and i shall be going elsewhere for this in future."

"Plenty of parking outside as it's on a retail park. Open late. Small to medium sized store. I always find that I have to queue here at the tills for ages. Yesterday despite the queues getting longer some staff are merrily chatting away by the aquatics section oblivious. The staff need managing better, and I try to avoid this particular store for this very reason."

"Staffs are always helpful and they all look very happy. The shop is very organic and very easy to find what ever you looking to buy. The Vent is clean and their schedule works according to plan, you dont see people sitting around. I got my 2 lovely bunnies from them and I also got a voucher for free vaccine.
