"I complained to the shop that I could not see the flame on the gas jets of my new cooker. This shop did not want to know about my complaint at all. However they eventually sent a man round whose first words to me was "be quick as I haven't got time to waste"!! This was when I was trying to explain something to him. Do not go to this shop."

The machine I wanted wasn't in stock at the time but they kept in touch with me about delivery and were very accommodating when booking the delivery to my property.
