"When going to get my beloved cat from the pet crem I thought it could have been handled a little more sensitively. To be handed the little casket at the counter with the bill at the same time together with instructions on how to access his ashes was again a bit insensitive. Perhaps an invite into the lovely side room initially and then brought to us with the opportunity to then write in the book would have been a bit more sensitive. She was a lovely lady but a bit too business like."
