"This is my local newlook store and I must say it’s gone down hill terribly! The store itself isn’t too much of a problem although it’s quite messy and unorganised but it’s mostly the horrible staff! I have never been served by staff this rude in my life! As someone who has actually worked in customer service before I was shocked! They looked down on you and laughed at you and when you leave after buying something they would whisper to their co worker and laugh as you were leaving! Also the people in there can also be quite dodgy as it’s in Bognor town, for example, one time I went in there we had to leave because it was clear that someone had been smoking weed in there as the smell was so strong it was enough to make you a little dizzy."
"My daughter and I are always buy stuff from New Look, the prices aren't too much and good quality products. All the staff in this store are polite and helpful. I've had problems in the past with staff in the Petersfield store, the way they spoke to me and made me feel was horrible, it only happened once but was enough for me not to return there, it's now closed down. The Bognor Regis store is much bigger and better and the staff are much friendlier."
