"In short, China Royal used to be perfect in every way. Staff attentive & polite, prices reasonable & service first rate. This chinese restaurant has been mine & my families favourite for over 14 years. Sadly now, it is a shadow of how it used to be. Staff surly & not attentive, food quality not a patch on how it has been. Prices of drinks have risen fairly sharply & no longer, are there any baskets of complimentary Prawn Crackers on the tables. In fact, when I visited 5 weeks ago, the mood of the whole place - customers included - was sombre at best. That meal was the 2nd worst I've had from there within 12 months. Shan't be returning."
