"Really lovely service. The ladies exchanged a bay tree for me for my friends bday with no problem, in fact they were super kind and exchanged it for a bigger better tree. I asked if a bow could get put on it and they did a lovely big bow for me and helped me to my car with it. They have some beautiful Christmas wreaths also which I shall go back and get later this week. Thank you for a great experience. 5 stars!"

"After hearing really good things we decided to try the Flower Factory out. We always buy masses of plants and hoped this would be an alternative place to get them from. Unfortunately our experience was terrible from start to finish. We arrived and went to look around and were greeted by two very silly ladies who when I asked about bedding plants just told us to go to the flowers outside. They then continued to peer round at us and giggle at us. Considering we were with a very disabled family member I found there behaviour even less acceptable. There was no choice of plants at all only masses of fuchsias and some very large trees outside. Total waste of time from start to finish!"

"Can't see how this place has a 5 star rating. I asked for stock seen as they are a wholesalers but they said no. I work from home & needed an unusually large order for a job i had with short notice. I now no not to go to these rude people again especially the man. Hope this help anyone who need a large order in the future."
