"Went to the café after doing our shopping to get some food, we ordered at the self order touch screen and as the order went through to the kitchen heard an employee say ‘IS THIS A JOKE’ after seeing that we had ordered some food (4 meals). Terrible service and very rude staff, would not come here for food again and would not recommend for anyone else to do so either after hearing how nasty and rude their staff are to customers when they think they can’t be heard in the kitchen."
