"I have visited this shop a few times in the last month and one thing this shops always does is say hello when I walk in which shows they care about there customers. The shelves are always stocked and I have never had any issues finding what I need. Security on the door will happily make you queue outside of there are too many people inside. All staff always wear masks as well. There is also a small car park for about 10-15 cars around the back. Thank you and keep up the good work."
"Really unfortunately to see a manager with poor capable skills of customer service. Staff(including security) with 0 knowledge of under 25 policy since they refused to sell energy drinks after showing a valide form of ID. Rudeness is a daily goal of this Staff."
"No social distance. Staff were blocking the isles and leaning over you to put stuff away. Everyone was pushing and on top of each other. Didn't feel comfortable there at all"
"Always slow service and there are a couple of members of staff here that have moved around between other coop stores that should be removed from staff so that other with drive and passion change the outlook of this store. I think because of the location the store just presumes they are going to get a good footfall and don't need to bother to impress the customers by creating a good experience or even a hello at the till whist they are busy chatting to each other and pay no attention to the customers in front of them"
