"Waited about 2 hours, rang up to be told it was due to road works and to wait until it arrived and to stop ringing up, which was very rude, I had only called up the once. Order arrived the driver said to me don't order again from us. Food wasn't even warm. Horrible and rude."
"An hour late and cold. We are around the corner and normally they are fine. Today they decided to lie and said it was delivered when it wasn’t. They tried to argue they had despite the fact we have a ring doorbell. They explained that someone took it in. We explained that they must have given to the wrong house then (as there are names similar to our own house) When we finally got the food it was cold (so not only not actually delivered but they didn’t bother with a fresher one). Sad to say won’t be ordering from them again. Were regulars."
