"Probably a fine shop but DONT order from them from Uber Eats. They sealed the bag in a way that it could not be stolen from but charged me for items that they did not include. If they are out of stock then it's fine but they are supposed to not charge you for items not included. Not these guys, they'll steal your money."

This is completely unacceptable - people go out of their way and you decline to accept a parcel? And with multiple staff on site it would be easy for two of them to carry a heavier parcel. Please stop offering the service if you can't do it. No reflection on your staff who are simply carrying out their instructions."
