"Ordered the food for 13:30 pickup on Just Eat at around 1pm. Arrived by 13:25 and was told to wait 5-10 minutes for the food which was completely understandable. Then it got to 13:40 and I was told to just wait 5 more minutes as the wings needed to cook. It took them until 13:55 to give me my order when it should have been ready 25 minutes before. I was only given one update and no apology at all throughout the entire waiting period. I had even gone up to the till after 20 minutes of waiting, where a man who looked like the 'manager' completely blanked me. I have never put in a complaint for awful customer service but the fact that I was blanked and hardly acknowledged while I was the only person waiting was just unbelievable. At least the food was decent, shame the staff weren't."
