"If I could give 1 I would UBER and PAPA jones have no shame. My order was wrong instead of 2 pizzas I got one because UBER made mistake tried to speak to the manager and he was blant rude. I mean I had no clue how this works in partnership and them just telling me not my issue was such a poor customer service I am not only not order from them but I will pass on UBER EATS. "Stayed in a hotel nearby, downloaded the app, simple to use and it lets you know how your order is going. Great value, as you can take advantage of their brilliant offers. The pizza I ordered had a lot of extras, it was delicious, I had never had a Papa John's before so was well impressed. Staff were polite and all deserve a pay increase. Superb!!!"
"Ridiculous. Ordered 2 pizzas at 19.22, both with vegan cheese. Got a call from the store at 19.44 saying that they were put of vegan cheese for 1 of the pizzas. I asked to cancel the order and the lady on the phone said that the other pizza was already ready and it was all ready to go?? I then said OK, replace the other pizza with hot piri piri chicken poppers, to which she said "OK we'll get it out to you". At 20:57 I called for an update. I was asked for all my details and was out on hold, then was told that I would get a call back. At 21.10 I got a call to reconfirm my order number and then was told they would call back. At 21.16 I got the call to say that my order had been cancelled, the tracker app was still on checking and cutting till 21.17 when I got an email saying it had been cancelled. If it had just been cancelled in the first place that wouldn't be a problem but this was just a joke."
