"It will be the last time tonight we order from this restaurant. Site kept declining payments from different cards then miraculously worked the third time, whilst on the phone to them. Tracking never works, but usually pretty good keeping within the delivery window. Clearly though, it didn't work tonight. Because it was at least 2 hours until delivery and we're just down the road. The girl sounds like she needs a huge dose of customer service skills because she had pretty much zero."

"Ordered over the phone and they sound like they’d rather be doing anything else then talking to you, she said 30 mins it was 50, driver misread my door number so was searching for a number that didn’t exist which meant my ice cream had melted, gave him cash and he said their new policy meant they don’t carry change which nobody informed me about over the phone so I got no change and paid way too much money for a piece of cardboard (cookie dough) and salmonella in a pot (ice cream). Complained to manager and couldn’t offer refund because it was cash so I was then able to remake the same order for free, yay! Thats helpfull seeing as I wont be ordering from them again"
