"We trialled the service before we sent all our linen to this supplier....found that they were very reasonably priced but washing didn't smell nice after launder and linen not ironed to the best standard. They let us down over the Jubilee weekend stating staff shortages but then told us the next week it actually wasn't profitable to pick up from us. EDIT: Contrary to the reply to this post, we did email EDKA with our concerns but they dropped our account with one weeks notice because they said they weren't getting enough business from us - we were trialling the service and complied with the minimum order requirements they set us. After we pointed out that we had complied with minimum order for our location we received quite rude emails from the owner saying we had taken advantage because the min order want profitable (the min order was set by EDKA??). We also did not ask EDKA to deliver on Thursday, they werent going to deliver at all with no notice because of the Jubilee and couldnt turn round the order as normal."
