"Ordered a lovely basket of Autumn flowers online , there appeared to be a glitch in the system which resulted in showing that the flowers were to be delivered to me in Cornwall and not to Belper ! A quick call to Beverley at Floraline sorted the issue immediately and they were able to deliver the flowers on the day and not the following day (the Internet would only allow following day deliveries ) . The flowers were lovely . Thanks for a great service.....just shows that speaking in person often results in a better service being provided. Thanks again"
