Beginning with initial ideas for an engagement ring, then designing 3D renders and sending me some 3D printed examples to consider the whole process was fantastic and the end result is utterly stunning. My fiancé is absolutely besotted with her one-of-a-kind engagement ring, and a special huge shout out to Amelia who provided such a great experience from start to finish. I was kept in the loop throughout, each stage explained and guidance offered as I have 0 knowledge when it comes to jewellery. It couldn't have been more perfect. "I contacted FANCI initially after I lost some stones from my engagement ring but after meeting with Amelia and discussing options, I decided I'd also like the ring to be completely reset into a 'wed fit' style so I could wear a straight wedding band. Amelia was lovely to deal with and a couple of weeks after the visit, I was sent two CAD drawings to choose from. Shortly after this, I received both designs in 3D form in the post. It was so great to be able to try these on before making the final decision. It was about two weeks later that the final ring was ready to be collected and I am 100% happy with the ring. It exceeded all my expectations and I cannot thank the team at FANCI enough."
