"I received great service here, so very surprised to read all the poor comments. After much research I'd decided to buy a Giant Avail Liv and was struggling to find one in my size. It was in stock here but I was hesitant due to the poor reviews. Anyway I went over to Buxton to look at the bike, service was perfect for me - answered all my questions but no hard sell. Now had bike 6 months and it's great. Took it back for first service and he spent ages talking me through tubeless tyres, chain management etc. I'm very pleased I went here."
