"Absolutely brilliant. We're doing a rather silly challenge cycling up to the mermaid pool every day for a year and needed a really quick turn around. "I've used this shop for years, bought three bikes, numerous services and repairs when needed. Having read some of the negative reviews, they are in my opinion, way off. I have never found the staff anything more than very polite, professional and helpful. Great advice and they won't force something on you that isn't suitable, even it would benefit the shop. Customer Service is second to none in here. An independent local shop."
"Always best to go to a proper bike shop. I had a loud and persistent creak on my bike for over a week whilst on a cycling holiday. I removed, greased and retightened the pedals and tried everything i could to locate the source. On returning to Leek i took the bike to Kevin, convinced it was a problem with the bottom bracket. Next day i get a call. Creaking solved. It was the saddle! Not in a million years would i have found this, as the sound really seemed to be coming from the bottom of the bike. Lesson: it pays to go to an experienced bike mechanic. Likelihood is the problem has been seen many times before. Thank you Leek Cycle Solutions."
