"Terrible experience, Nicole from their Milton Keynes office was very unprofessional. She promised she would be the contact person for our shipment, not only nobody ever showed up, she didn't bother answering the phone all day, leaving us under the rain with all our goods completely ruined. She then promised to call us back with information on when the shipment would be happening and never bothered to call and nobody ever picked up the goods. I was shocked about the poor service, lack of responses, terrible attitude, incorrect information provided. Thankfully we found a much more competent company that helped us."
