"We were going for a flight at Aberdeen airport. Train was stuck at Insch and after 25 minutes and no update we called L & B - they advised they'd be 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I called them to be told car was on another fare out of the village. Managed to get a friend to give us a lift and were the last people on the flight. If you're going to be late at least let the fare know. We could have made other arrangements. Wife was totally stressed by this and doesn't want to use these guys again!"
